PSA for the Bivalent Booster

RST Health Administration will start processing the "Bivalent Booster Incentive Forms" on December I, 2022

All applicants will need to fill out the new form for this incentive.

All applications are available at the Health Administration Office as well as online and on Facebook:

RST Health Administration on FB Applications are processed within 5-10 weeks of receiving an individual's application. Due to the number of applications we are receiving, we needed to extend our time frame for processing. Any questions or concerns, please contact RST Health Administration.
