The RST Enrollment Department will be handling the acceptance of applications as well as the
distribution of cards regarding the school clothing incentives for the year 2019-2020.
Applications will be available in the RST Enrollment Department beginning November 15th - December 16th, 2019. No Late applications will be accepted.
School Clothing Order applications will be accepted from November 15th, 2019 through December 16th, 2019. All applications must be submitted to the Enrollment Office or postmarked no later than the close of business on December 16th, 2019. As stated above, No late applications will be accepted.
Students MUST be enrolled OR PENDING enrollment with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Certificate of Indian Blood will not be required as Enrollment will verify enrollment.
Students MUST be enrolled in school (SFIS FACE Program, Early Headstart, Headstart and Kindergarten - 12th Grade) on or off the reservation. The Enrollment Department will verify student's enrollment in school.
Parent / Legal guardian will be the only person(s) allowed to apply for the clothing order (proof of guardianship will be required). Photo ID will be required at the time of pick-up for gift card(s) for Parent / Legal guardian and 2nd authorized individual.
911 Addresses will be REQUIRED for parent(s) / Legal guardian. You can call Cole Iyotte at the IT Department - 747-2381, ext. 296.
When the application is turned into the Enrollment office for verification the application will be FINAL. No changes in 2nd authorized person or vendor will be allowed.
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe is IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN CARDS.
NOTICE: THE SALE OF CLOTHING ORDERS IS A CRIMINAL OFFENSE AND LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN IF REPORTED.
