THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE REQUIRED TO BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AN INTERVIEW, NO EXCEPTIONS:

  • Head Start Program application (NOT ROSEBUD SIOUX TRIBE APPLICATION)
  • SF-85P questionnaire for public trust positions and all attachments
  • Application MUST POSSES a diploma or GED, have a valid Driver license AND attach copies of each to application or it will not be accepted.
  • Must have a second form of ID besides driver license (SS card, tribal, or state ID card)
  • Applicants CANNOT have any pst or current felony charges.
  • Applicants CANNOT have any past or current Child Abuse or Neglect charges.
  • Applicants MUST turn in completed physical form relevant to position applied for with application along with a TB skin test or updated chest X-Ray. Please obtain the required physical form from the RST Personnel Office.
